Right now, we ship to countries in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Since the cosmetics industry is regulated by organizations like the FDA (United States), CPNP (European Union), and ECOCERT, these rules impact where we can send our products.

We're working hard to bring Hakkata to more locations soon! If you don’t see your country on the list and would love to order from us, send us an email at support@hakkata.com, and we’ll do our best to help.

Fulfillment time is how long it takes to prepare your order, depending on the number of products.

  • 1-10 products → 2 full working days
  • 11-100 products → 7 full working days

Shipping time is the time it takes for your order to travel from Hakkata to your doorstep. Estimated between 2 and 5 working days.

We take shipping issues seriously and are here to help if something goes wrong.

If your order is damaged or lost:

  • Contact our support team as soon as
    possible at: support@hakkata.com
  • Provide your order number.
  • For damaged products, send clear photos of the damaged items and shipping box.
  • Provide the replacement address if applicable.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, Hakkata will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so that you can follow your package’s journey.

- Check your email – Look for the shipping confirmation from Hakkata in your inbox.

- Find your tracking number – It will be included in the email.

- Track Online – Enter the tracking number on the carrier’s website to monitor your order’s delivery status.

Yes! We offer a range of face care products suitable for acne and blemishes. Simply go to our catalogue, use the “Concern” filter, and select “Acne and blemishes” to see all available products.

We don’t recommend using Hakkata products on children under 12 years old. Young skin is still developing and doesn’t need extra treatments or supplements, as they may have lasting effects later on.
